Donna McLeod is a trailblazing former Georgia State Representative and the first Jamaican-born woman to serve in the Georgia Legislature, bringing decades of experience as a chemical engineer, quality assurance expert, and business owner to her public service. A proud mother and grandmother, she leads Enviroqual, LLC, a quality assurance and regulatory consulting firm, and also runs the nonprofit CANNI, reflecting her deep commitment to community empowerment. Her civic leadership extends across numerous boards, and she has been widely recognized with awards honoring her advocacy, grassroots organizing, and dedication to educating and uplifting others..

Andrea Munroe-Service hails from the vibrant island of Jamaica, where her passion for healthcare began. A registered nurse, she proudly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, building on her foundational education with both an Associate of Science in Nursing and an Associate of Arts degree from Broward College. With a diverse range of nursing experience, Andrea excels in several specialties, including Cardiac, Interventional Radiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Intensive Care, Gastrointestinal, Psychiatric, and Medical-Surgical Nursing. Her commitment to excellence in patient care is matched by her dedication to professional growth and community involvement.

Andrea plays an active role in various professional and faith-based networking organizations. As the proud CEO of Ahava Home Nursing Registry Inc. and AD Enterprises, she has made significant contributions to the healthcare landscape. Her philanthropic spirit shines through her support for local charities such as the Nicaraguan Nurses Association, the Haitian American Nurses Association, Caribbean Heart Menders, the Jewish Federation, and the Jamaica Nurses Association. Additionally, she serves as a board member of the Jamaica Hi5 Run Walk, an initiative dedicated to adopting five clinics in Jamaica each year, which aims to enhance healthcare access and quality in underserved communities. Furthermore, she is a founding member of the Kiwanis Club of East Miramar/Pembroke Pines, where she works to improve the community and uplift those in need.

Recognized as an outstanding humanitarian and public servant, Andrea’s impact extends beyond her professional achievements. She is a dedicated healthcare professional, event and program coordinator, philanthropist, role model, and virtuous woman. PATRICIA ISAACS

I was born in Guyana South America , and migrated to the USA in 1968.

From the day of my arrival , I have worked in several companies and have been able to move up and support myself over the years while in college.

In 1975, I was hired by McDonald’s Corp as a cashier and and after a short observation with my positive work ethics, I was was promoted to a management position that would shortly advancance my long lasting career.

After many years of dediction to McDonalds and climbing the ladder, I accepted the position of Regional Vice President. I continued working as a VP for 3 years. Influenced by my hard work and sacrtifce, I decdied to open my own franchise in Jamaica. After moving to Jamaica in 1995, I successfully established 13 outlets.

20 years later, after adjusting to a new life and culture, I decided to move back to the US and I retired for the past 11 years, I have willingly mentored dozens of young men and women. I am highly involved with community service organizations ,and I want to utilize my experience to further open doors for others not offered
